Data and purpose
The add-on reads configured headers, phone numbers and row values to prepare templates and send requested messages. It writes status, message ID, date and details in WM columns.
Storage and recipients
Google Apps Script stores your Meta token and IDs in user properties. Template and automation settings are stored in document properties. Sheet collaborators can see rows and statuses. Meta receives your token to authenticate requests, recipient phone numbers, template name and language, and mapped variables. Messages are delivered to chosen recipients. Data does not remain exclusively within Google.
Retention and deletion
Disconnect removes stored Meta credentials. Configuration and status columns remain until removed. Uninstalling does not delete received messages or records held by Meta. Contact support for help with remaining data.
Limited Use
Google data is not sold or used for advertising or AI training. Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
Website and payments
This website does not collect tokens or spreadsheet rows or use advertising analytics. Hosting may process IP addresses and technical logs. WhatsMerge has no active checkout or subscription. Any future paid plans will use Paddle with published terms.
